Our Marmalades
It starts with a seed.
Sweet Jacquelina marmalades are each handcrafted using fruits grown and harvested by hand in our country gardens.
Each spring is a bright beginning. We prepare our garden, plant seeds, and tend to the plants using sunshine and rain. Berries flourish on the branches and vines, and soon fruit is ready to be plucked.
During their season, each fruit is carefully hand-picked at their most prime. It is then that we preserve their lush flavors and transform them into our sweet marmalades. Crafted in small batches using copper kettles according to techniques dating to the 1500s, our preserves use fruit from our garden and all natural ingredients.
From the planting, tending and harvesting to the slicing, cooking, and hand-filling, each jar is a delightful capture of our fruit and the care that went into its creation.
As we only use our own fruit, all of our marmalades have a seasonal limit to their production.
Our Pastries and Confections
Secrets from the past.
Fresh, high quality ingredients are the most important thing in crafting our pastries and confections. Then, time. Time for each piece to be lovingly hand-crafted. Using classic techniques and preparing everything from scratch, we shape each piece just for you. We hand roll and dip each of our chocolate confections. Croissants are a beautiful multi-day process that enhance in flavor and develop layers with each hand-roll. Our cakes feature timeless frostings and fillings with delicate hand-piped decorations. Our tarts and tartlets are carefully rolled, baked, and filled. Every piece is made special for you.
