Sweet dark mulberries combine with our sparkling June strawberries in this rich spring preserve. 

Black mulberry trees, and their big shady branches, color our farm with their fruits each spring. These black fruits are considered a “super-food” with high levels of vitamins, protein, and fiber.  We love the fragrant sweetness they imbue.  Our sweet tart strawberries with our black mulberries is a winning combination. The fruits are cooked whole, giving full fruit to each jar. 

The marmalade is lovely for breakfast, pairs well with brie and soft baked cheeses, and (as a true ice cream lover) a delicious combination spooned over vanilla. 

Each of our marmalades is given a name. We call this rich preserve Viola.

 This is a small batch preserve with a limited production.

We use only sunshine and rain to grow our plants.
