Rich molasses tones persuade this dark heirloom tomato marmalade.  Each tomato fruit is hand-picked from our gardens and selected to craft this small-batch preserve. The deep amber tomato marmalade has full slices of fruit set in each jar. 

With its warm caramel essence, this heirloom marmalade pairs well with desserts and is lovely with both brie and sharp cheeses. 

This is a small batch preserve with a limited production. 

Each of our marmalades has a name. We call this sweet preserve Desdemona.
