Foraged wild black raspberries deliciously preserved in our 10 oz or 6.5 oz jar. Black raspberries are a special treat at the start of summer. We go out searching through brambles and brush to collect the luscious little fruits to craft them into one of our favorite marmalades.

The marmalade is lovely for breakfast, pairs well with brie and soft cheeses, and (as a true ice cream lover) a delicious combination spooned over vanilla.

Each of our marmalades is given a name. We call this preserve Portia.

Ingredients: Black Raspberries, Sugar, Lemon, Orange

This is a small batch preserve with a limited production.

We use only sunshine and rain to grow our plants.

The 10 oz jar comes gift wrapped in a sliding box.

We craft all of our preserves, pastries, and sweets in our Illinois state licensed commercial kitchen.

Please note that wild black raspberries have firmer seeds than red raspberries.
